Welcome to the MoS breathwork course! Breathwork is a powerful way to connect with yourself and your internal landscape. We live very busy lives and therefore we naturally get drawn to "Shortcuts" in order to meditate deeper and faster. This can be used as that kind of shortcut, in only 5 minutes you will clear your mind completely and create a jumpstart your meditation session. Or you can do it for longer than 5 minutes and access different parts of your mind, which may evoke thoughts, feelings and past memories. This is an incremental course so please don't rush it, because there is no reason to go too fast. If we do it correctly then we will be able to activate more presence, and rushing would be the opposite of that.
