The Gratitude Method™
The Gratitude Method™ came about in 2021, however it started with Alicia in 2018 on Christmas Day with the birth of the journal "Little Black Book Gratitude" A spiral bound journal photocopied and put together at office works as a side hustle and fun project.
After selling about two hand fulls to friends and family, she realised she was onto something. So she went to a printing company and printed 100 soft cover journals. This then was distributed to over 6 countries and Alicia realised she was onto something more powerful than she ever imagined. So she went back to her local printing house and upgraded her journal to a hardcover journal, printing another 100 and selling out within 6 months!
From this, hundreds of private messages have been sent to Alicia telling her that Gratitude has helped transform people's mindset from negativity to a positive mindset and even helped people with suicidal thought patterns!
Next, in 2021 Alicia joined forces with Balbao Press (A division of Hay House) and publish her two part series Little White Book Gratitude which is now in hundreds of books stores and been featured in American TV and Hay House website! Gratitude has had growth and a huge journey.
And now here we are in 2022, Alicia Trademarked "The Gratitude Method™", is about to publish a book with 22 Authors across Australia, has created a Gratitude Life Coaching Course and a Gratitude Method™ Program and journal.
So come with us and spread this message of gratitude, because bringing more happiness and joy to your life will give you the
BEST LIFE YOU DESERVE!
The Full Story
Alicia Ann Wade
Apart from having her daughter, her defining moment came in 2015 when she lost everything.
The six-figure salary, the husband, the house, the car. She is simplifying but the gist is she had been living the way everyone else expected she would be growing up, and she wasn’t happy. She was a captive in jail of her own life rather than experiencing life.
Since then, she has rebuilt after losing everything and lost 30kgs. Alicia was awarded the 2020 ICG Australian life coach of the year, has written an Amazon bestseller, and is finishing her first marathon in 2021.
All because she realised if she included gratitude in her daily practice, everything within her life and business would fall into place.
It’s what she now teaches her global clients as the founder of
The Gratitude Method™
She is a life coach helping teenagers with anxiety and a business mentor using positive psychology to help entrepreneurs build their lives, businesses and leadership skills. Currently, she is studying her Master's in Applied Positive Psychology to assist with her passion in positive psychology and personal development to help herself as well as others.
And with the success of my book Be Outstanding: Five Simple Steps to Turn Your Life’s Mess Into Success, She is also an Author Mentor (yes, after failing high school English.)
That great job she lost brought her to where she is now. Her background includes 20 years in childhood education working with multi-million dollar businesses. She worked her way up to operations so she understands structures, goal setting and benchmarks. As well as, being grateful and thankful for all the people supporting you in your businesses.
Most valuable of all, she understands people. Aside from business, fitness and coaching qualifications, she is a former educator of the year with skills in action taking, finishing what she starts and being a non-judgemental leader.
Alicia's clients are often high achievers who are at burnout. She teaches them to slow down with gratitude, self-care and habits before they speed up again. She shows them what is possible and how to use the skills and strengths they may not know they have.
She is mad about community and charity work, running and new experiences. If you work with her, you need to bring what transformed her life—consistency. She will tell you what she tells her partners and friends: Be ready for some fun and keep up with her.
